Hi there.

After several false starts throughout my life, I'm finally starting and following through with writing a blog. I know, I know, it's easy to say in my first post, but this has been something I've wanted to do for a very long time and I've finally realized that in order to improve myself and my craft, I need to put myself out there.

After binge reading The Phoenix Project by @RealGeneKim over the weekend, I was reminded of of the improvement kata - a pattern you practice to learn a skill and mindset. My hope that this blog will serve as one form of an improvement kata through the interaction with you.
